The Filipino community of St. Aidan's Parish would like to invite everyone to embrace their "beautiful gift" of Simbang Gabi. This is a Filipino Christmas tradition; a series of nine dawn Masses on the days leading up to Christmas, from December 16th to December 24th. The tradition goes back to colonial times, during Spanish rule, when Catholic priests started offering Mass very early in the morning so that farmers could attend morning Mass and still be at work before sunrise. Join us in preparing for the birth of Our Lord through this novena of prayer and sacrifice by participating in the nine Simbang Gabi Masses from December 16-24 at 6:00 am, at St. Aidan’s church. After each 6:00 am Mass, a reception of coffee/tea and traditional Filipino foods will be available to eat or bring home. Everyone is welcome.

  • Daily Novena Mass at 6:00 am
  • 5:30 am - 6:00 am: Holy Rosary, St. Andrew's Christmas Prayer, Angelus
