Vatican Photography Contest for Youth - “Sport in Motion” – Deadline April 30, 2025

The Archdiocese of Toronto is pleased to share information and invite those young people with a passion for photography to participate in the international photography competition “Sport in Motion,” organized by the Holy See's Dicastery for Culture and Education. This competition is a unique opportunity for young photographers (under 25) to capture the transformative power of sport through the lens. 

Participants are asked to submit original photographs in five categories inspired by the values of hope, inclusion and humanity: 

1. Sport and Hope 
2. Sport and Family 
3. Sport and Ecology 
4. Sport and Disability 
5. Sport and Politics 

The winners will have the chance to meet the Holy Father, have their photos displayed on the Holy See's media channels and visit the Vatican Museums. 

The deadline for submitting your work is April 30, 2025. This competition is free and open to all young photographers who are passionate about the beauty and values of sport.
